Want to make this year’s resolutions stick? Come and take part in our exciting new Goal setting course designed by the world’s leading experts in motivation, wellbeing and goal setting! Goals 4 Good is being delivered FOR FREE as part of an international research project in partnership with the University of Surrey.

What is Goals for Good?

Goals for Good supports participants to set personal and professional goals and set long term aspirations for their future that align to their personal values. It is delivered over 3 x 2 hour sessions, with a 30 day challenge period between modules 2 and 3 to test your new skills.

 

Can anyone take part?

As this is a research project, it’s unfortunately not open to everyone and you must meet the eligibility criteria to take part. To take part in this exciting, free course, you need to be…

·         Aged between 18-30 and earning at least £22k per year

·         Able to attend all three course sessions at The Canvas Café from 6-8pm on 29 January, 5 February and 5 March

·         Be willing to answer a few questionnaires for us as part of this exciting research project
